Return Policy

To request a refund you must do so within the appropriate time frame for the type of purchase.
Replies may take up to 5 business days but the time you contact us will be honored for calculating any return deadlines.
Return policies specified on individual products supersede and override those listed here.
PDF Downloads:
No returns or refunds on PDF downloads
Group Sessions:
No refunds will be given for sessions you are not able to attend live or virtually.
If the practitioner is unable to conduct the live or virtual session as scheduled, a rescheduled live or virtual session time will be offered.
No refunds will be given after the first group session. If you are on a monthly payment plan you are welcome to cancel, no additional payments will be made and you will be removed from the group.
No refunds will be given for payments already made.
Private Sessions:
No refunds will be given for missed or canceled appointments.
Best efforts will be made to reschedule appointments in cases of emergency or technology failures.
After the first session a prorated refund for the rest of the sessions will be given if requested before the second session.
This prorate will be calculated by counting by the first session fee.
After the second session, no refunds will be given.
If you are on a monthly payment plan you are welcome to cancel, no additional payments will be made and all future appointments will be canceled.
No refunds will be given for payments already made.
You need to inform us of your intent to cancel private sessions.
Memberships and Video Library:
No refunds will be given after 24 hours of purchase.
Subscriptions may be canceled from your account at any time and you will retain access through the end of that billing cycle.
No prorate refunds will be given for canceling a membership early.
It is not necessary to contact us to cancel a video library membership.
Books:
Books purchased through Amazon will need to be returned through them.
Books purchased through Coach Ruth may be returned in original condition within 30 days of purchase for the full price minus shipping costs.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
